SaaS solution for capacity planning (“Monitor Plancapaciteit”)
This tender concerns the delivery, implementation, management, and further development of a fully SaaS-based solution for capacity planning (Monitor Plancapaciteit) for the provinces of Noord-Holland and Flevoland. The Province of Noord-Holland acts as the lead authority, while the Province of Flevoland is joined as a participant. The platform supports the input, validation, disclosure, and reporting of residential construction planning data, including dashboards, map views, links to national and municipal data sources, and features for collaboration with chain partners. The objective is a future-proof, secure, and user-friendly solution that aligns with the Basisset 2.0 Landelijke Monitoring Voortgang Woningbouw and contributes to better management of the residential construction task.
