Building maintenance - Tilburg University
Tilburg University has launched a public procurement for the building maintenance of its university real estate. The assignment includes structural repairs, roof and facade maintenance, HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing installations, and general preventive maintenance works. The works must be carried out with minimal disruption to teaching and research activities, in strict compliance with Dutch safety and environmental legislation. The contractor is expected to have a proven track record in the maintenance of similar academic buildings, experience with sustainable solutions, and to be able to provide a robust project management framework. The procurement is public, without a CPV code, and targets a broad market of construction and maintenance companies.
