01What is being requested

Supply and implementation of a solution for case-oriented working, including document and record management and administrative decision-making. The contract has a maximum duration of twelve years with a ceiling amount of € 1,000,000 excl. VAT for the full period including extensions.

The objective of the tender is to contract a suitable supplier for the technical implementation and the provision of a solution for case-oriented working. It is our wish to have a seamlessly integrated solution, consisting of functionalities for, among other things, case-oriented working, document and record management, and administrative decision-making. The offered solution must be immediately available and must integrate seamlessly into our application landscape, such as existing web forms and scanning facility, basic registries, and several specialist applications.
