The objective of the Assignment is the procurement of a high-quality Valuation Application, including all associated matters such as model configuration including accountability, implementation and training, which will enable the Contracting Authority to properly perform the valuation activities within the framework of the Wet WOZ in the coming years in the most efficient and effective manner possible and at socially acceptable costs.
