01What is being requested
The conclusion of a private conventional WGA self-risk carrier insurance to cover WGA benefits and employer contributions for approximately 1,300 employees with an expected payroll of approximately € 62,260,000. The agreement has an initial term of 3 years (starting January 1, 2027) with the possibility of two extensions of 1 year.
The contracting authority is considering entering into a conventional WGA ERD insurance as of January 1, 2027.

Assessment of the monitoring of changes in the degree of incapacity for work, deployment of reintegration interventions (advisory or executive), reimbursement of interventions, and requesting reassessments.
Assessment of the method, frequency, form, and the KPIs upon which the reporting to the Contracting Authority is carried out.
