Zorginstituut Nederland is satisfied with the operation, size, and range of the current hot beverage machines and wishes to acquire similar new hot beverage vending machines. Additionally, due to increasing demand, Zorginstituut Nederland wishes to be able to add oat milk (plant-based milk) and sustainable decaffeinated coffee to the range of the hot beverage vending machines. Zorginstituut Nederland requires that one hot beverage vending machine with decaf beans be installed and one hot beverage vending machine with the option for plant-based milk be installed.
