The purpose of this Market Consultation is to gain knowledge of the current market conditions, to test a number of assumptions, and to prepare the market for the upcoming (EU) procurement for an initial period of four years, which may be extended by the Contracting Authority a maximum of one time for a period of at most four years, therefore from 15 July 2023 up to a maximum of 14 July 2031. It is not yet known in what form the Contracting Authority will proceed with a (EU) procurement. This will depend, among other things, on the responses and answers to this Market Consultation.
