Due to CPV codes 85148000-8 and 85145000-7, this Tender is organized as a simplified procurement procedure for social and other specific services (SAS procedure, pursuant to Articles 2.38 and 2.39 of the Aanbestedingswet 2012) based on Annex XIV of Directive 2014/24 EU.
