By means of this prior notice of voluntary transparency, waterschap Drents Overijssels Delta wishes to inform companies of the intention to initiate a negotiation procedure without prior announcement, as referred to in Article 2.32 paragraph 1 sub b under 2 in conjunction with Article 2.32 paragraph 3 of the Aanbestedingswet, to award the realization and maintenance of a wind turbine on the grounds of the Rioolwaterzuiveringsinstallatie (RWZI) in Kampen.
