Amsterdam UMC (AMC and VUmc) intends to outsource the analysis of Holter ECGs to Fysiologic ECG services BV. The service must integrate seamlessly with the electronic patient record Epic, whereby raw data is available and requestable and is stored for at least 10 years. 24-, 48-, and 72-hour Holters are provided, including 12-channel full-disclosure versions, and 1- and 2-week event recorders. The supplier must have certified technicians for both adult and pediatric Holter and event recordings, with a historical throughput of 250–400 assessments per month (AMC: 250, 60% adults, 40% children; VUmc: 100 adults). Turnaround times are 48 hours for regular assessments and immediate assessment for emergencies. The service must perform reliable QTc calculations according to the Tangent method (Bazett correction for 24-hour measurements), visualize PVC counts, and HF ratios.
