The purpose of this tender is to select consultants/agencies that can guide a total of 52 large VvE's in the Utrecht districts of Overvecht, Noordwest, Zuid, and Zuidwest in sustainability during the 2025-2028 period. The municipality offers the VvE's a feasibility study and guidance (hereinafter referred to as activation) so that the VvE's can initiate the sustainability process.
