The contract consists of performing and organizing daily maintenance, including preventive and corrective maintenance, periodic maintenance, and optional planned maintenance and investment maintenance of the real estate portfolio of the municipality Horst aan de Maas. The contract is divided into 3 lots. Namely: - Lot 1: Maintenance of electrical installations; - Lot 2: Building maintenance - Lot 3: Maintenance works for mechanical installations.
