01What is being requested
The assignment concerns the assessment of environmental permit applications within the municipal systems in accordance with the Environment Act (Omgevingswet).
The objective of this tender by the Municipality of Eindhoven, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority [OG], is to find a party that can flexibly support the Contracting Authority by independently processing applications for environmental permits, handling the files (or a part thereof) in full when necessary, depending on fluctuating demand.
