COA has an ongoing need for Social Medical Advice (SMA) for the transfer and housing of asylum seekers and status holders by qualified and registered physicians. Due to the inflow and outflow of residents, this may fluctuate in volume. Due to the wide national distribution and the unpredictability of the specific need, it is not desirable for the Contracting Authority, for operational reasons, to meet this need with its own staff.
