01What is being requested
The assignment concerns the high-quality replacement and supplementation of ICT-Hardware for 12 schools of SKOVV. It concerns hardware such as Chromebooks, laptops, monitors, and related accessories for a term of 2+1+1 years within a framework agreement with a maximum value of € 1,050,000.00 excluding VAT.
The scope is described as functionally as possible. The functional requirements are included in the program of requirements as attached as an annex to this tender. The overarching functional scope consists of the high-quality replacement and supplementation of hardware currently in use at the schools with currently available hardware. The new hardware must align with the hardware already in use.
