Development of a scalable energy system scenario tool to map scenarios for the future energy system in Midden-Holland at regional, municipal, and neighborhood/business park level. The assignment has a multi-year need with an initial agreement until 2028 including an option for extension.
ODMH would like to connect with parties that can provide a scenario tool capable of creating scenario maps for the future energy system in Midden-Holland at regional, municipal, and neighborhood/business park levels. The scenarios must help municipalities (policy officers, administrators, and council members) in the coming years to better orient themselves regarding the (im)possibilities of the energy system in the area and clarify the course of action for them.
