01What is being requested
It concerns the delivery of an SAP Managed Platform where the contractor is responsible for the stack up to and including the infrastructure management. The contract has an initial term of 5 years with the possibility of two extensions of 5 years each.
The contracting authority has initiated this EU procurement due to the expiration of the current Agreement for the SAP systems on 01-05-2027, which can no longer be extended. The SAP systems of the Belastingdienst (hereinafter the Client) utilize infrastructure known as the SAP Managed Platform; this Managed Service (also referred to as the Solution) must be provided with a successor to the current Solution.
