01What is being requested
The assignment concerns the revitalization and new construction of Kindcentrum Eigenwijze at De Visserstraat 6a in Heemskerk, consisting of an educational building and childcare facilities.
Stichting IJmare intends to realize a combination of new construction and (life-extending) revitalization for the housing of KC Eigenwijze. A part of the existing buildings will be demolished (approximately half of the existing building and outbuilding = 360 m² + 520 m²) and a part will be revitalized (738 m²). Additionally, new construction will take place (764 m²). The total will then form a single entity of approx. 1,502 m² GFA. The contractor is asked to contribute ideas regarding the phasing of demolition and realization during the Bouwteam phase.
