This “Request for Information” (RfI) has been published in preparation for a possible tender for: (1) the development, realization and maintenance of the “Modular Measurement Train”, (2) the delivery, operation and maintenance of measurement systems, (3) carrying out measurement runs in the Netherlands and (4) auditing & consultancy. Collecting condition data of railway assets is a crucial activity to determine the quality and safety of the railway infrastructure.
