The objective of this EU procurement is to establish Framework Agreements with four (4) Stewards/Land Acquirers for the provision of Land Acquisition Services to Provincie Gelderland. It is understood that the activities covered under the Framework Agreement of the Steward/Land Acquirer consist of performing land acquisition and associated advisory services regarding regular purchase and sale transactions based on voluntary basis, and for complex transactions including transactions on an expropriation basis.
