Bonaire Bon Transition B.V. (BBT), established in April 2021 and fully owned by the Dutch state, is tasked with ensuring a reliable energy supply for Bonaire. This includes providing energy for living, working, and leisure activities. The Client’s mission is to store common fuels safely on the island and facilitate the transition to a sustainable energy supply. This includes maintaining adequate fuel supplies for electricity generation, mobility, air travel, and clean drinking water production.
