01What is being requested
Realization of the multifunctional building 'De Koppelplaats' on the Campus Eemsdelta, whereby the winning contractor is responsible for both the (final) design and the realization. The contract has a maximum budget of € 3,100,000.00 including VAT.
In 2015, it was determined that the existing school buildings of VO Eemsdelta and MBO Noorderpoort no longer meet the requirements for future-proof education. Relocation of the schools has proven necessary. The school boards and the Municipality of Eemsdelta saw this as an opportunity to provide an impulse not only to education but also to the region through the construction of a new building on a joint campus. In the first phase of this project, a modern school building has already been realized in the Centrumzone. The municipality now intends to take the next step with an expansion on the Ca
