01What is being requested
Realization of approximately 60 temporary homes including design, construction, delivery ready for use, maintenance for five years and the subsequent relocation of the homes at the N244 / Salvador Allendelaan location.
For the realization, delivery ready for use, installation, and maintenance of temporary housing, we make use of an existing framework agreement. Using this framework agreement, 242 temporary homes have already been realized at 5 different locations in Purmerend. The framework agreement was concluded in early 2019 following an EU procurement. The framework agreement ends on 14 January 2025. The expectation is that the task of housing target groups, including for example Ukrainian displaced persons, but also Purmerend house seekers, will continue after the expiry of the current framework agreem
