The objective of this Tender by the Municipality of Eindhoven, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority, is to contract at least two (2) contractors through a Framework Agreement who can professionally provide major maintenance of forests and woodland at lot level, primarily located within the built-up area. Additionally, the Contracting Authority intends to enter into a waiting room agreement with three (3) contractors (see section 2.4.3 of the Descriptive Document for this).
