The objective of this tender is to establish a collaboration with an expert service provider experienced in the fields of traffic engineering substantiation, design & spatial integration, and financial feasibility. Furthermore, this service provider must be able to provide the Contracting Authority with expertise upon request regarding location assessments and choices, and the level of facilities at a hub.
