The attached UAV 2012 regulates the Uniforme Administratieve Voorwaarden (Uniform Administrative Conditions) for the execution of works and technical installation works.
The purpose of this procurement procedure is to conclude two (2) framework agreements with two (2) contractors, each performing the building maintenance for their own lot.‧‧The Team Grondbedrijf en Vastgoed of the Municipality of Venlo is responsible, among other things, for organizing and (having) executing the building maintenance of its real estate. Performing the building maintenance is essential for the usable, safe, comfortable, sustainable, and aesthetic functioning of the buildings.
