With this tender, WSRL aims to enter into a Framework Agreement with multiple entrepreneurs for the intake and processing of dredged material at a disposal location. This concerns dredged material of varying quality, which becomes available in batches during dredging works spread throughout the entire management area of WSRL. The transport of the dredged material from the dredging location to the disposal location does NOT form part of the Framework Agreement. All Bidders who meet the requirements set out in this Procurement Guide and related documents are eligible for the Framework Agreement.
