01What is being requested
Contract for the drafting of a Program of Requirements (PvEL), an Urban Development Plan (SP) and a SO Public Space for the purpose of the transformation of the station area in Haarlem for approximately 10 months.
The station area in Haarlem is becoming increasingly busy with buses, cars, taxis, cyclists and pedestrians. In addition, the design of the Stationsplein and the buildings opposite the station are outdated. Therefore, the station area is being extensively renovated. The standard in the station area is high. A future-proof public transport hub and a pleasant urban space come together here. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic partner to work with us to make the station area a meaningful place, an area that the residents of Haarlem can be proud of.
