01What is being requested
Supportive advisory services for the preparation, procurement, realization, and aftercare of the demolition and new construction of the annex (Hooiweg 1) and the renovation and sustainability improvement of the town hall (Hooiweg 9). The assignment includes the drafting of an integral PvE, strategic advice on the procurement approach, guidance of design phases, and monitoring of the construction phase through to the aftercare in the period from Q3 2026 to January 2031.
