01What is being requested
The assignment concerns the execution of the design phase and implementation phase of a multi-project administration optimization. The work will be carried out by a project leader for a period up to 31 December 2027.
The province of Noord-Brabant has set up an ambitious plan to further develop its financial and personnel administrations (systems and processes) and to optimize the associated data and reporting. A foundation exists consisting of an analysis report, an action plan, and a schedule for the design and implementation phase. For the design and implementation phase, we are looking for a party that can guide the entire project. At a minimum, it is required to provide a highly experienced project leader with the necessary substantive knowledge in the field of financial and personnel administration in
