01What is being requested
Supply of procedure trays and associated services in accordance with the general purchasing conditions of Erasmus MC.
Within Erasmus MC, various departments make use of procedure trays, such as the operating rooms and intervention rooms. These are used in the provision of patient care and during procedures and/or surgeries. The contents of the procedure trays are determined autonomously by the various involved specialties. Tailored to the specific needs per specialty, the procedure trays are configured as efficiently as possible. In the interest of uniformity, cost control, and efficiency in the supply chain, it has been decided to procure the procedure trays via EU procurement.
02Strategic insight
Ensure that all prices include all costs and the correct VAT specification. Strictly observe the delivery conditions and the obligation to provide the correct documentation. Check whether the packaging meets the requirements set for medical devices.
