01What is being requested
Delivery of workwear and personal protective equipment (PPE) including management and inspections via a Clothing Management System (KMS). The assignment has a duration of 3 years with two options of two years each (total 7 years) with an estimated value of € 2,100,000.00.
It concerns: • PPE (incl. lab coats, aprons, etc. for students), where a distinction is made between personal PPE (for example safety shoes for employees, chainsaw trousers) and generic PPE (think of aprons or safety shoes for general use (incl. use by pupils and students)). In addition to the delivery of the PPE, the supplier must also perform the management and inspections of the PPE. Performing the management includes registration and advising regarding the PPE to ensure that the PPE is deployed appropriately, complies with laws and regulations, and that the duty of care regarding the use
