Redevelopment of the monumental Raadhuis in Oosterbeek, whereby the selected partner works towards the sale and possible additional development of the immediate surroundings within the Open Dorpshuis scenario.

The Municipality of Renkum is looking for a partner who can (1) renew the heritage with respect according to the principle of 'preservation through development', (2) strengthen the social and cultural significance of the Raadhuis, and (3) translate this into a realistic, feasible, and executable development, together with the municipality and local parties.   With the Raadhuis, the municipality sees an opportunity to initiate a larger area development with the aim of adding quality and programming to this area.
