01What is being requested
Partner selection for the development of De Suikerzijde phase 2 (approx. 370 homes) and a possible subsequent development of phase 4. The assignment includes a feasibility study, the elaboration of an integrated plan, applying for environmental permits and the realization of real estate and public space.
The partner selection is aimed at selecting a market party that has demonstrable experience with similar urban area developments and that can actively contribute to the elaboration and realization of the ambitions for De Suikerzijde starting from the feasibility phase. The fixed assignment concerns the development of phase 2 (approximately 370 homes, supplemented with public space, (possibly) a neighborhood parking facility and approximately 600-900 m2 of non-residential program). Additionally, a perspective on phase 4 is requested as a possible subsequent step in the development.
