With this tender, the Contracting Authority wishes to contract one (1) party that will, together with the Contracting Authority, draft the integrated environmental plan for the municipality of Zeist in accordance with the Requirements and Desires described in this Tender Guide and associated documents. Because the environmental plan is new material for both the municipality and the candidates, the municipality attaches importance to a partnership within which they can jointly learn how to draft and apply this new instrument.
