Stichting ROC Midden Nederland (ROC MN) is seeking an external service provider to train 225 employees in Emergency Response (BHS) and crisis management. The participants are various employees (facilities, teachers, managers, etc.) and not students. The training must comply with the Dutch Working Conditions Act (Arbowet) and BHS regulations, including first aid, fire safety, evacuation, and incident command. ROC MN has an Emergency Response organization in which its own Emergency Responders and First Aiders have been appointed for its locations. This concerns employees of ROC MN, explicitly not students of ROC MN. Within ROC MN, approximately 225 employees (hereinafter referred to as: participants (in training)) are currently appointed within the Emergency Response organization. These are employees with roles ranging from facilities staff and teachers to department managers and a diversity of backgrounds.
