The Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), in collaboration with ASML, intends to establish a modern research facility, including a state-of-the-art cleanroom and related research spaces. The current cleanroom at TU/e is outdated and insufficient for current and future research and educational activities. As part of intensive scientific collaboration, ASML will realize a research facility for a state-of-the-art cleanroom facility with adjacent research spaces and workstations on the TU/e campus. TU/e will house its own cleanroom within this research facility. Its current facility is outdated and (too) limited to allow for current and future high-quality research and education at TU/e.
