Support in the establishment of a management agreement and process guidance for the region and the State. The assignment will be executed via a framework agreement with a duration of 2 years and possible extensions up to 2030.
To strengthen livability in the municipalities involved in the landing of offshore wind, the State provides them with resources in two tranches for the resulting area investments (projects). A distinction is made between municipalities where the landing physically takes place (landing municipalities) and municipalities where the route of electricity cables runs from the wind farm to the landing (route municipalities). Tranche 1 is intended for the landing municipalities; tranche 2 is intended for both the landing and the route municipalities.
