01What is being requested
Maintenance of mechanical installations by the contractor for the benefit of the contracting authority in accordance with the agreed services.
The objective of this tender is to enter into a Framework Agreement with one (1) supplier for the provision of “Mechanical Engineering Services”. The Contractor is responsible for the execution, coordination, and management of all agreed activities. In this regard, the Contractor is expected to provide the Contracting Authority with peace of mind, thinking along and advising on the field of short-term and long-term maintenance. This maintenance must be performed partially on a best-efforts basis but largely on a performance basis.
