01What is being requested
Realization of a new cleanroom building for the TU/e, consisting of a cleanroom of approximately 1,200 m2, laboratories of approximately 1,230 m2, offices of approximately 580 m2 and supporting rooms of approximately 700 m2. The building contractor is responsible for, among other things, the foundation, the building skeleton, roofs, façade, interior walls, floors, ceilings, stairs, fixed fittings, and the walkway to Flux.
The new cleanroom building will be a building primarily containing laboratories and technical rooms. There is a strong emphasis on the sound technical and logistical functioning of the cleanroom and, in that regard, the technical and specialist component of the building.
