01What is being requested
Realization of a housing solution for Accent VSO op Noord in the Revius building, aimed at accommodating a maximum of 120 students on an area of approximately 1,834 m² GFA. The assignment includes investigating three scenarios: minimal adjustments, making it suitable for 40 years, or making it suitable for 20 years.
CVO intends to house the VSO op Noord in the existing Revius educational building in Rotterdam. One third of the building will be transformed for VSO op Noord. The transformation remains within the existing frameworks of the current building.
