The redesign of the Prunusstraat, Ribesstraat and van Tuylplein, whereby the combined sewer system is replaced by a new separated system and water storage is realized in the immediate vicinity. The works include, among other things, breaking up asphalt, earthworks, sewerage works and paving works. The landscaping and lighting do not form part of this scope.
In the vicinity of the location Ribesstraat-Van Tuyllplein- Prunusstraat, Woningcorporatie Stichting Woonservice IJsselland previously demolished dated PéGé houses in the De Ooi district and replaced them with new, life-cycle resistant ground-bound houses and apartments.
