NoorderBasis wishes to enter into a Framework Agreement with an initial term of five (5) years. Thereafter, it wishes to have the option to extend this Framework Agreement two (2) more times for one (1) year each. NoorderBasis wishes to rent MFCs for a fixed monthly price.
