Delivery and installation of approximately 257 Milieupas controllers and a Container Management System (CMS) to replace current systems that communicate via 2G/3G. The assignment includes the replacement of hardware and software for both existing and new underground containers to continue the Diftar processes.
It is expected that KPN's 2G/3G communication will expire in December 2026. As a result, the emptying data of mini-containers and registration of waste passes can no longer be charged to residents via the variable part of the waste collection levy. To improve the service delivery of the Municipality of Kampen, it has been decided to bring data registration back under its own management.
