This market orientation focuses on the embedding of Social Return within organizations and the manner in which the ministry can contribute to the concrete placement of candidates with a distance to the labour market.

A few years ago (in 2023), Category Management Team “Inhuur Professionals” conducted a market orientation regarding the intrinsic (SROI) motivation of our (potential) suppliers: we wanted to investigate the state of this intrinsic motivation and in what way we could request and reward this motivation in our procurements (then-current Tenderned number: 418366). The most important step following the market exploration to enable the elaboration of advice was exploring—and implementing in practice—the possibility of including Social Return in requirements and specifications.
