Execution of the aftercare activities for five (later a fifth) closed former waste landfills in the province of Groningen, including Kloosterlaan, Woldjerspoor, Borgerswold, Usquert and Stainkoeln 2. The contracting authority is responsible for the aftercare to prevent adverse environmental consequences in accordance with the Wet milieubeheer.
This market consultation is being held prior to the EU procurement for the conclusion of the agreement Aftercare landfills provincie Groningen. The province of Groningen wishes to gain insight into which parties are interested in the assignment and in what manner the objectives (see chapter 2) should be implemented in the procurement procedure for concluding a new agreement.
