Execution of the aftercare activities for five (later a fifth) closed former waste landfills in the province of Groningen, including Kloosterlaan, Woldjerspoor, Borgerswold, Usquert and Stainkoeln 2. The contracting authority is responsible for the aftercare to prevent adverse environmental consequences in accordance with the Wet milieubeheer.
