01What is being requested
The assignment concerns the contract for managed ICT services (Operational Management including LCM) for the ICT environment of the contracting authority, consisting of workplaces, network facilities, identity and access facilities, security monitoring, backup and print facilities. The agreement has a duration of a maximum of seven (7) years, consisting of an initial period of three (3) years with four (4) optional extensions of one (1) year each.
Stichting ICT Beheer (SIB) is preparing a tender for Managed ICT services. Through this publication, we are sharing the draft guideline and several accompanying documents with the market for a final assessment of feasibility and market conformity. We invite interested market parties to provide feedback on the draft documents. Feedback is welcome until 27 March.
