01What is being requested
Delivery of software for Business Process Management (primary, supporting, and administrative processes) and enterprise architecture (business, data, application, and technology architecture), including implementation support, training, advice, and SaaS support.
In November 2025, the University of Groningen (RUG) conducted a market consultation for software for Business Process Management. Recently, the question has arisen to what extent it is possible, and what the impact would be, if we expand the scope to enterprise architecture. The purpose of this additional market consultation is to answer that question. Therefore, the previous market consultation has been supplemented with questions regarding enterprise architecture.
02Strategic insight
Focus on the integration between business process management and enterprise architecture, as the RUG has expanded the scope. Ensure the solution complies with compliance requirements such as NIS2 and GDPR, as this is explicitly tested in the questionnaire. Take into account the desire for a campus license and the possibility of Dutch-language support.
