We want the light route (in the public space) around the New Year's Eve period to be designed by local artists who are given free rein to design light art. The locations of the light projections will be determined in consultation between the municipality, property owners, and artists. We will build the light route through a creative process lasting several months. The route has a unique character every year with different light designs and different locations. For this reason, we consider it unfeasible to tender this assignment at the European level and award it through a procurement procedure
