The Agreement has a fixed term of 8 years. The maximum term is thus 8 years. The fixed term is based on the period required to procure the deliveries for installation. The maximum term is based on the need to still be able to obtain the products. The Agreement involves a minimum purchase of 9,000 LED Retrofit kits. No rights can be derived from this requirement in any way
